JIAT KIM STREET RENOVATION (CLASS MODULE)

For the Jiat Kim Street renovation module, I developed a design proposal that
focused on improving spatial quality, material selection, and overall user
experience. The project required studying the existing layout, proposing functional enhancements, and curating a palette of finishes suited to a modern residential setting. I explored options for lighting, flooring, and feature elements, and produced visual references to support the design narrative. This module
strengthened my ability to make
practical design decisions while
maintaining a cohesive aesthetic
direction.
